For the longest time (over a decade) I’ve had two main topics swirling in my head: employee experience and personal health and well-being.

These seemed unrelated when I first became interested in learning more and working in these fields but the more I coach and work with people to uncover their personal success strategies, the more aligned these topics become.

Too many of us are feeling exhausted, depleted, and burned out because of our way too busy work lives that seem to make it harder and harder to create time and motivation for taking care of ourselves and our health.

We each have the personal responsibility to 'find a way' to create healthier habits AND I believe organizations and the leaders who guide them have a responsibility to create better work environments where we don't just get through the busy back-to-back days but we actually connect and grow and feel inspired and energized through our work.

My nerdy little dream is helping leaders shape a culture that not only supports healthier work styles but expects it and considers employee health and engagement as some of its most important KPIs.
